Choose the fleshy outer or back upper arm, away from the elbow.
THIGH
Use the front, outer or back thigh muscle, away from the knee and groin.
CALF
Place on the muscular calf, away from the back of the knee and ankle.

The wearable hosts send adjustable low-frequency electrical pulses through the gel patches. Choose a mode and begin at level 1, increasing only to a comfortable setting.
Where can I use it?
Use it on healthy, clean, dry and fleshy muscle areas such as the upper shoulder, back, upper arm, thigh or calf. Follow the placement guidance in the manual.
How strong should the intensity be?
Always begin at level 1. Increase gradually until the pulse feels clear but comfortable. A stronger setting is not necessarily better.
Can I control both massagers remotely?
The included four-button remote is designed for convenient mode, intensity and power control. Confirm pairing and operation in the supplied manual.
What if the patches stop sticking?
Make sure the skin is clean and dry and store the patches on their protective film after use. When they are worn out, you can purchase the optional set of 10 replacement patches.
